Student immunization records that have been updated in the past year must be uploaded by parents to FACTS Family Portal before August 1, 2026. 

Exemptions for Immunizations must be updated annually and provided to the school as a printed and notarized original document by August 1. The office will be closed for summer until August 3, so exemptions must be mailed. If an updated exemption form is required for your returning student, you should have received an email from a school nurse.
