Beginning April 22, 2026, FACTS will begin requiring multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all non-student users when logging into your online account to access FACTS SIS.
Parents may also be required to update passwords to meet new criteria.
MFA will NOT be required for students to login to FACTS.
FACTS recommends that all users utilize a free authenticator app, such as Authy, Microsoft Authenticator, or Google Authenticator, OR receive an authentication email containing a unique code. You may use an authenticator app you are already using for another login account or you may simply use your email address. If you do not already have an authenticator app, you can download one of those listed above from your app store.
