It is time, once again, to begin planning for our annual Knight to Remember fundraiser. This fundraiser is held every year in October and helps our school raise the funds it needs to maintain classrooms and buildings as well as update our technology. Knight to Remember is a sizeable event and requires numerous volunteers to help it run smoothly.  We will be having our first committee meeting on Sunday, April 12 at 5:30pm at the Rosas on Midland Drive. Come talk to us about serving on our committee.

Knight to Remember Positions  

Auction Coordinator: Requires somebody with great organizational skills and an outgoing, friendly personality! This is a board position so all service hours will be covered by this position. More information can be given on request. 

Auction Committee Members: Multiple people are needed with outgoing, friendly personalities to go to local businesses asking for donations and helping gather donations. They will also need to be available the evening of the event to help get the auction tables decorated and ready.  

Tuition Raffle Coordinator: Can be done from home. This person will help get the raffle tickets ready for the ticket sale, will be online the day of the sale making sure the tickets are sold with the names written on each ticket. Service hours will be recorded as served.

Photographer: We need a photographer who can be present on the evening of the event to take photos throughout the room. We will also need photos taken of auction items for the website in the month leading up to the event. This will be done for service hours served.
