Reenrollment Opens Jan. 5

To avoid problems with Reenrollment, LOGIN TO FAMILY PORTAL NOW and confirm that the integration between FACTS Tuition Management and Family Portal is successful.  Click on Financial in the menu to ensure that your financial information is correctly mapped to Family Portal. If you can't access your financial information, please email Mrs. DelValle, [email protected].   

FACTS Tuition Management is now accessible through your Family Portal account. There are no longer different login credentials for Tuition Management and Family Portal. Simply login to Family Portal to see everything!

REENROLLMENT OPENS JAN 5 AT 8:00 AM

New student applications will also be accepted on Jan 5 at 8:00 am and will be processed beginning Feb. 2 in order of time/date submission.  Any reenrollment packets and applications submitted before this time will be returned to you to be re-submitted after this date & time. 

The reenrollment deadline is Saturday, January 31. The reenrollment fee is $50 through January 31. Beginning Sunday, February 1, the reenrollment fee will increase to $100 and open enrollment for new families will begin. If you do not reenroll by January 31, you may risk losing your student’s spot.

Reenrollment for Returning Students: 
  1. Log into your Family Portal Account 
  2. Select "Apply/Enroll” on the left menu 
  3. Select "Enrollment/Reenrollment "
  4. Select "Click here to open Enrollment" on the right
  5. All of your students' names appear in a new window
  6. Select "Start Enrollment Packet" or "Will Not Enroll" for each student listed and complete the process.
  7. Make sure you receive an email confirming your Reenrollment. (If you do not receive an email, login to Family Portal and make sure you have Submitted the Reenrollment packet from the Submit & Review page.)
 
A few reminders: 
  • The enrollment portion of FACTS does not work well on an iPad. 
  • Make sure you update any address, phone numbers or insurance information that may have changed. 
  • Your contract is binding once you submit the Enrollment/Reenrollment. 
If for any reason you are not sure that you will be able to return to MCA, please let the administration know and we will talk you through your options. Talk to Stephanie Goeke at the Upper School and Amy Avampato or Felicia Kelley at the Grammar School. Please DO NOT submit an application if there is any doubt your child may not attend. This is a legally binding contract! 
 
New Student Applications (for Current Families) 
(For CURRENT families applying for a student new to MCA; these will be processed beginning February 2) 
  1. Log into your Family Portal Account 
  2. Select "Apply/Enroll” on the left menu 
  3. Select "Application"
  4. Select "Click here to open Application" on the right
  5. Select "Create New Student Application" at the bottom
  6. Complete the process for each new student.
  7. Be sure that you receive an email response after you have submitted your application.
