August 1 is the deadline for completing all RankOne Information and submitting a Physical Exam Form.
RankOne is a portal created by TAPPS to help schools keep up with student profiles, physicals, medical history and signature pages. This is also an easier way for MCA to ensure everyone has an updated physical and medical history for the 2022-2023 school year.
RETURNING UPPER SCHOOL STUDENTS (8th-12th)

NEW UPPER SCHOOL STUDENTS (7th Grade & New Students)
If you are new (incoming 7th grade or a new student) to MCA Upper School, please follow this tutorial to complete your student's new RankOne account. You will need your child's student ID # to set up the account. Aimee B Miller emailed each of you individually with your student's ID #. ([email protected])

PHYSICALS
All documents will be completed online except for the PHYSICAL, which requires a doctor’s signature. You are required to use the Physical Exam Form provided by TAPPS through RankOne. Please print it out for your doctor to complete, then upload the completed, signed Physical Form to your student's RankOne account. (After you enter your student's information, there will be a download and print tab where you can print a Physical Form.) Physicals MUST be completed by August 1 along with all RankOne forms.
Your RankOne account must be up to date by August 1, 2023. Books will not be issued, and your student will not be able to attend school until their RankOne account is complete.

Note for Volleyball and Cross Country athletes: RankOne accounts and physicals MUST be updated before they will be able to participate in the first official practice of the year on July 31, 2023. No exceptions!
