Locker Assignments

Students may select a locker only IF they have a LOCK and a signed Locker Agreement Form. 

Required Items:

1. Locker Agreement Form signed by parent and student
2. Padlock or other small lock

Students may bring their signed form and lock to the Main Office in the Library to rent a locker.
