In addition, MCA strives to act on the principles of freedom, personal responsibility, and protecting the innocent. Trends within popular fashion have always challenged these principles. How we dress is not ultimately about the clothes we wear, but the condition of our hearts. How we dress shows others who we worship, and affects how we act, how we communicate, and how we relate to others. Parents should open a dialog with their student(s) and encourage discussion about these principles at home.
Enforcement: If tutors or staff pull aside individual students for a discussion about inappropriate attire, cheerful and prompt compliance is expected, and the offending items or outfits should not be worn on campus again. Parents will be contacted for repeat offenses.
