Grading

Although teachers keep a record of numeric grade, semester and year-end report cards denote "AP" for adequate progress toward Mastery or "IP" for inadequate progress toward Mastery. Students must achieve a minimum score of 85% in order to accomplish Mastery. As a general priniciple, students must have achieved mastery in all classes in order to be promoted to the next grade.
