Home Expectations

Twice weekly, students will have assignments to complete at home with parental supervision in order to prepare for the subsequent school day. Home assignments will include worksheets, drills, writing, and reading material. Kindergartners will have approximately one hour of work to prepare for the next school day. First through third graders should expect approixmately two to five hours of work and fourth through sixth graders should expect approximately four to seven hours. The time required is an estimate, of course, and will fluctuate depending on your child's working pace and other variables.
