Excellence – The tradition of our tennis program is to “strive for excellence”. We want kids who are dedicated to becoming the best they can be both on and off the tennis court.

Discipline – It is important for young players to experience self-discipline. The skills learned as a member of this team and the self-discipline required are lifelong skills that will be remembered long after their playing days here.

Achievement – It is important for the players to set goals and feel the enjoyment of achieving those goals. Whether a player wins or loses, they need to know that they left it all out there on the court trying to achieve their goals.

Satisfaction – We want the players to have fun. It is our desire that when the players leave MCA, they will look back at this experience as one of the best they had at this school.

We always intend to act in a Christlike manner on and off the court. Our job as coaches is to model this for the players. The players will likewise be expected to model it to each other and other teams during practices, matches, and tournaments. This will be the hallmark of our team.
